Where we started
Pro Cleaning Torbay owner Shane, first established his new company in 2016, following a long-term position working in retail. With a desire to improve that work life balance, Shane took the plunge to launch his own business, become qualified and really homed in on his craft.
Pro Cleaning Torbay offer interior and exterior cleaning of homes and business across Torbay. Owner Shane setup the company website when the business launched and left it to do its thing, over the years Shane noticed he was losing business to his better ranking competitors.
Their previous website was very old and built on a basic self-build platform, which no longer served their needs. Shane got in touch with Frankman and other local website design companies in Torbay.
“I took on three quotes, the other two gave me a price straight away, whereas Frankman sent me a workbook to describe exactly what I needed/wanted from them. It was a no brainer from there. They made me feel as though they were interested in myself and my business.”
The brief
Shane wanted a website that he could be proud of, and that would not only look great, but get him results too. He recognised it was an investment into his business and carefully weighed up the options, rather than going with the cheapest website design company.

Shane was worried that his old site was holding his business back, rather than working for him. He saw his competitors getting the work and they were growing. We put together a launch plan combining Marketing copywriting with the SEO to help boost the new site.
The outcome

We checked in with Shane shortly after the new website went live for Pro Cleaning Torbay and he told us the website had received lots of positive feedback and was already gaining more traffic and enquires!
