Where we started
Initially we worked on a new logo design to appeal to Safes target audience and elevate their branding and professional image. Once we created the logo design, we started work on a new website design. We updated the website content and copywriting, to align with their Search Engine Optimization and ranking wishes. The website also features over 15 Safeguarding courses, one of which is an online course which we set up and developed using the Teachable system.
“Both Mark and Maggie are very approachable, and customer focussed. Any task they get presented with they ensure they can find a solution”
Alongside the Logo Design and the Website Design, we also supported Safe with a Marketing Package, to help them launch the new e-learning system. Safe usually delivers their courses face to face but had to quickly adapt to training via Zoom during Lockdown and the Pandemic. Our marketing helped them market the range of virtual training courses across Social Media and Email Marketing.
The brief
Max Radio had worked with another designer, but didn’t feel like the brand was strong enough, or clearly demonstrated what the radio was all about.
“It was quite obvious for us to see that Frankman could provide the services we needed and take us up a few gears. We feel as if we have gone from looking semi serious to serious players. It was also clear to see that these guys knew what they were doing and completely understood what our brand is.”
The Max Radio logo was designed to promote the Old Skool vibe, mixed in with future classics.
The outcome
The new logo design was rolled out across social media, stationery and marketing material, as well as the new website design.
Just a few weeks after the website went live, Safe received an enquiry from Buckinghamshire Council which resulted in over £70,000 worth of Safeguarding training courses.
“We were not really making much progress with our previous agency, they seemed to over complicate things, they should have been more honest with us when they saw our old website, it clearly needed updating. It felt as if we were sticking a tiny plaster over a gaping wound.”
“Working with Frankman, was a breath of fresh air, great engagement and openness to ideas, also they have their own great ideas on how to make improvements”
